About the Event
A gorgeous 2 hour morning out on the lovely waters at Ettalong Beach taking part in a 60 minute SUP Yoga class, then time for a group paddle. You will connect with like-minded people, learn to stand up paddleboard, and enjoy some quality “YOU” time, all in a beautiful calm location.
ABOUT THE MORNING
- We will spend time on the sand for a meet and greet.
- SUP Yoga lesson (60 mins).
- We'll Stand Up Paddle around the beautiful waters at Ettalong.
- Light snack afterward.
Arrive at 7:15 am, please be on time. The event duration is 2 hours.
WHAT TO WEAR/BRING: Swimmers, board shorts, rash vest, or something you don’t mind getting yet. Towel, change of clothes. Hat, sunnies. Sometimes falling in is all part of connecting with nature, the water, and receiving some beautiful saltwater therapy. Sunscreen: Please apply sunscreen before you arrive at the location.

• All boards and equipment supplied and used in our lessons meet strict ASI guidelines for quality & safety.
About the Instructor Whether your first time practicing Yoga or on a SUP board you are in safe hands. Our Level 1 Yoga Instructor Tina, is Accredited by Yoga Australia, is an ASI SUP Yoga Instructor and ASI SUP Paddle Instructor (Level 2).
